The purpose of the Fox Hills Homeowners Association (FHHOA) is to represent all of the residents of Fox Hills in the common enjoyment and development of our community.
The Fox Hills Home Owners Association has the following responsibilities;

Maintain common community property, primarily the community park.

Plan and organize community functions

Elected HOA officers monitor compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions (C&R). The Covenants and Restrictions were agreed to by each homeowner when they signed their deed and moved into the community. By agreeing to the C&R, each homeowner automatically became a member of the Fox Hills HOA. Copies of the C&R can be found in the "HOA Documents" section of this site.
Please remember this is YOUR community and YOUR Home Owners Association. Without your help we cannot hope to maintain the quite, and attractive neighborhood we all moved here to enjoy.
